10 more Sevastopol entrepreneurs received grants for the development of tourism infrastructure

In Sevastopol, new winners of the competition for grants for the development of tourism infrastructure were determined. The commission that evaluated the projects traditionally included representatives of municipalities, businesses and city authorities.

The second meeting of the commission was held following the results of a grant competition for the development of tourism infrastructure. Let me remind you that the acceptance of applications was open from 5 to 00 October inclusive. Based on the results of the meeting and analysis of applications, a decision was made on ten winners of the competition. All projects strictly comply with the procedure for granting a grant and are socially significant for the city and the tourism industry as a whole , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the head of the tourism department Larisa Ostapenko.

Entrepreneurs received funds to create electronic guides for tourist routes, including mobile applications and audio guides, purchase equipment for tourist information centers, rental points, and create children’s play complexes.

Congratulations to all business representatives on winning the grant competition. Let me add that we are now negotiating agreements with grant recipients of previous competitions. Soon we will be able to talk about the projects that have received federal co-financing and will be implemented this year , — says Larisa Ostapenko.

The head of the department also drew attention to the fact that 13 October starts accepting applications for grants for the construction of modular non-capital accommodation facilities.

I recommend entrepreneurs and legal entities of Sevastopol to take part in the grant competition and receive co-financing for the construction of modular non-capital accommodation facilities. Applications will be accepted from 26 October to November 5 of the current year inclusive , — says the head of the tourism department.

Within the framework of one project, at least modular accommodation facilities must be built, the maximum grant amount per module is 1 .5 million rubles. At the same time, the bidder invests at least 50% of his own funds relative to the requested funding. The projects will be implemented on recreational lands.
