10 years of ordeals through the courts, but the Soaring Eagle will still be demolished. The story of one attraction in Yalta
CrimeaPRESS reports:
According to the head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko, the owner dismantled the base of the attraction by decision of the Arbitration Court of the Central District.
We put an end to the long-running story “Soaring Eagle”. Now it will definitely not “fly up” over the Yalta embankment. The “tower” was installed in the bed of the Vodopadnaya River, which violated the water and land codes. In total, the Soaring Eagle occupied more than 800 meters. It took almost 10 years to remove the object — the process was complicated by the fact that since Ukrainian times it had been included in the NTO deployment scheme and the owner challenged any decision in court. There is no object in the current scheme,” the press service quotes the head of the administration.
Work to dismantle illegal NTOs continues throughout the municipality. According to the head of the control department in the sphere of improvement of the department of municipal control of the city administration, Viktor Storozhev, a list of 56 objects for dismantling has already been sent to housing and communal services.
NTOs to be dismantled are located throughout the municipal district. All are not small booths, but full-fledged buildings of 30 square meters. Of course, it is possible that the owners will remove illegal buildings themselves,” notes a representative of the municipal control department.
