100 representatives of the Crimean tourism business have improved their management skills

In Crimea, 100 representatives of the tourism business took part in a free professional development program “Business Management in the Tourism Industry”.
Entrepreneurs from different Crimean cities took part in the training organized by the regional center “My Business”. Among them are hoteliers, tour operators, representatives of the tourism sector of Crimea— the press service quotes the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.
The program consisted of two modules – “Philosophy of Service” and “Marketing in Hospitality”. The first module is designed to prepare specialists who are able to build an effective service management system in a company and evaluate the created quality system of the service provided. The second module is intended for those who want to learn how to create an effective digital marketing strategy for their business.
The program is organized within the framework of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises”, initiated by the President of Russia.
