109 billion rubles will be allocated for the state program for the development of Crimea and Sevastopol

Budgetary allocations for financial support for the implementation of the state program “Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol” are planned in 2025 in the amount of 109 billion 150.6 million rubles, in 2026 — 105 billion 653.9 million rubles and in 2027 — 85 billion 596.4 million rublessays the text of the document.
In the volume of allocated funds, subsidies for the implementation of measures for the socio-economic development of Crimea and Sevastopol in 2025 will amount to 86 billion 426.6 million rubles, in 2026 — 82 billion 899.6 million rubles, 67 billion 229.4 million rubles — in 2027 year. More than 6 billion rubles will be allocated annually for the implementation of measures to develop the railway transport infrastructure. Funding for the design, construction and reconstruction of the Artek International Children’s Center in 2025 will amount to 2 billion 727.5 million rubles, in 2026 — 5 billion 111.5 million rubles, in 2027 — 1 billion 815.2 million rubles.
In 2014, a federal target program for the socio-economic development of Crimea and Sevastopol was adopted; it was later reformatted into a state program. The key facilities already created are the Crimean Bridge, an energy bridge, a new airport in Simferopol, two thermal power plants, engineering structures for providing water to eastern Crimea and the Tavrida highway.
