12% of Crimeans never discuss work problems at home
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In a service survey Superjob Employed, economically active residents of Crimea over 18 years of age, married or in a relationship, took part.
87% of Crimeans discuss work issues with their other half: 33% — often, 54% — sometimes. 12% of Crimeans never discuss work issues at home.
Men are more likely than women to talk about work at home in order to get advice or an outside opinion, as well as to keep the conversation going: “I’m sharing in order to hear the opinion of someone important to me”; “Find an understanding of the situation in which I find myself”; “We have a lot of common themes.” It is more important for women to speak out in order to receive support, sympathy and emotional relief: “Share, relieve some of the emotional burden.”
