12% of employers in Crimea are ready to hire employees with a criminal record

In a service survey SuperJob Representatives of enterprises and organizations from Crimea took part.
Legislation limits the types of activities available to people with an outstanding criminal record. Although most employers are not willing to cooperate with them, loyalty to former prisoners in general has increased in the labor market. In Crimea, 5% of companies now have such workers. Employers who are ready to hire a candidate with an outstanding criminal record are 12%. Mining, industrial and construction enterprises demonstrate their readiness to employ those previously convicted — employers accept former prisoners as workers and laborers— reported the press service of the service.
