12 violators of migration laws identified in Sudak

Employees of the Migration Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sudak, together with colleagues from the regional FSB department, have stopped a channel of illegal migration.
As a result of joint activities, 12 citizens of the eastern part of Transcaucasia were identified who were on the territory of the Russian Federation with violations of migration legislation. In relation to foreign citizens, police officers drew up 12 protocols on administrative offenses under Part 1 of Article 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Violation by a foreign citizen or stateless person of the rules for entry into the Russian Federation, or the regime of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation) and 12 protocols on administrative offenses under Part 1 of Article 18.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Violation of immigration rules)— the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Crimea reported.
At present, violators of migration legislation have left the territory of the Russian Federation; reasoned decisions have been made with respect to these persons not to allow entry into the Russian Federation in accordance with Federal Law No. 114-FZ of 15.08.1996 “On the procedure for leaving the Russian Federation and entering the Russian Federation”.
