13 Crimean enterprises will prepare claims to recover from Ukraine damage from the water blockade of the peninsula since 2014. The desire to participate in the trial was expressed, among other things, by horticultural, livestock and rice farms. Vladimir Konstantinov, chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea, spoke about this.
The work of the working group to assess the damage caused to Crimea as a result of the water blockade organized by the criminal Kyiv regime continues. At the meeting, which was attended by the Crimean agrarians, clarifications were given regarding the preparation of the statement of claim. As a result of the event, about 13 enterprises supported our initiative and expressed their desire to prepare their claims and participate in the trial. Among them are horticultural, livestock and rice farms. I note that everyone who wants to join the process will be provided with methodological assistance. We will continue to work in this direction and, I am sure, we will achieve justice.— said Konstantinov.
On July 3, the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Crimea registered the first claim for the recovery of damage from Ukraine due to the water blockade of the peninsula in the amount of more than 152.2 billion rubles. The preliminary meeting was held on July 31, the consideration of the case on the water blockade of Crimea was essentially scheduled for September 13.
