Most often, welcome kits are given to new employees by large companies. In the service’s survey SuperJob Representatives of companies from Crimea took part.
14% of employers in Crimea give gifts to new employees. In 82% of companies, this practice has not yet been implemented. Most often, such a tradition can be found in large organizations (18%). Welcome sets usually include mugs and/or office supplies with corporate symbols — pens, notepads, diaries. Some companies may give a thermos or a shopper bag, sweets and other nice things as a welcome gift.— the service’s press service notes.
