15% of Crimeans are ready to quit after the head
CrimeaPRESS reports:
An effective tandem with management is especially important for nurses, lawyers, sales managers and chief accountants. Those who unequivocally leave work after the resigned boss are the most among them. But among the suppliers, programmers and storekeepers, there were not even 1% of those. SuperJob, a high-paying job search service, found out whether Crimeans will remain in their jobs if the immediate supervisor decides to quit. Employed economically active citizens took part in the survey.
If the immediate supervisor decides to quit, 15% of Crimeans will prefer to leave the company after him: 6% are definitely ready for such a step (“I will go through fire and water after her”), 9% are more likely to be ready (“Usually, as it happens, his entire team the former will be asked to leave»). 41% are more likely to stay with the company (“It depends on how well we managed to work together and whether this is a good leader”). 44% are absolutely categorical: they will not quit together with the head («There is a prospect to take the place of the boss»)— noted in the press service of the service.
In what positions is a well-coordinated working tandem with managers especially important? More often than others, the readiness to leave the employer in the event of the dismissal of the immediate supervisor to one degree or another is shown by chief accountants, nurses, sales specialists, client managers and lawyers. And among the suppliers, drivers, economists and programmers, there are most of all those who will most likely and definitely stay (“I work for the company, not for the manager, and the company also pays the salary”).
