17% of companies in Crimea have unspoken preferences to the social system of women-Soviet

Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova called the question for women about the birth of children when hiring for work. Meanwhile, gender stereotypes in the labor market are still found. The most vulnerable category in the labor market is married women without children. In a service survey Superjob Representatives of enterprises and organizations from Crimea took part.
17% of companies have unspoken preferences to the social status of women-mobs. In relation to male reporters, such preferences are noted only in 12% of companies.
Most often, employers try to hire candidates (both men and women) who are married and have children.
Solid prohibitions regarding the women-wearer, judging by the answers of recruiters, there are 1 out of 10 companies. Most often discriminated against married childless women due to the risk of departure. Stacked prohibitions on men are less common: only 7%.
