190 thousand rubles of debt on traffic police fines = arrest of a car by bailiffs. Incident in Crimea

Bailiffs note: until recently, citizen P. adhered to the practice of irresponsible driving and violated traffic rules, for which he was repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility. Resolutions on the imposition of administrative fines were submitted for enforcement to the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea. The bailiff initiated enforcement proceedings and notified the debtor about this. However, the motorist-debtor did not pay the fines within the prescribed period, and was hiding from the bailiffs. As a result, the number of unpaid fines reached , and the debt amounted to 190 thousand 500 rubles.

Thanks to the work done by the employees of the bailiffs department in the Simferopol district, interaction with the traffic police, the debtor’s vehicle was identified in traffic flow on the Simferopol-Nikolaevka highway and stopped. The bailiffs arrested the Mercedes-Benz ML 350 2007 of the year of issue, owned by the debtor, and handed it over to the custody of the trusted custodian organization. In the future, the arrested movable property will be transferred for evaluation and compulsory sale , — the details of the story were announced in the press service of the UFSSP of Russia in the Republic of Crimea.
