2 out of 3 companies in Crimea accept young specialists for internships

In a survey of a service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob Career start Employers and young people under 27 years of age with internship experience took part.
In Crimea, 65% of employers accept young specialists for internships: 24% have developed special programs, 41% do not yet have an approved internship concept. Every second representative of companies that accept interns claims that employment based on the results of the internship is offered to the majority of young specialists. In another 18% of enterprises and organizations, job offers are made in less than half of the cases. In 26% of companies — only to particularly distinguished trainees,” noted the service’s press service.
A survey of city residents under 27 years of age with internship experience showed that finding employment after completing an internship happens often: 55% got a job, another 15% had every chance, but rejected the offer.
Among young people, 17% consider internships as an opportunity to decide on a profession and learn all its pros and cons. But the main goal for the majority is still to gain practical work experience (65%).
