20 thousand ATMs and terminals: in Sevastopol, the network of payment infrastructure has expanded

As of April 1, 2025, more than 20 thousand ATMs and terminals were installed in the region, which is 2% higher than the beginning of April a year earlier. There are almost 37 devices for receiving bank cards per thousand Sevastopol residents, this is higher than the average Russian level (about 35 units).

Almost 1.4 million bank cards have been issued in the hero city: on average more than two for each Sevastopol.

The security of payment infrastructure in the region increased due to the growth of the number of electronic terminals in trade and service enterprises. The project to expand the payment network and the increase in the share of non -cash payments, which we will implement together with the Government of Sevastopol and the banking sector of the region shows its effectiveness and positive dynamics.,-quoted the press service of the deputy manager of the department of Sevastopol Southern GU Bank of Russia Yuri Solomenik.

As an alternative to ATMs in the remote villages of Dalnoye, Potcharny, wide, advanced, spring and village of Solnechny, the service “Cash at the checkout” operates in post offices.

The level of availability of financial services in Sevastopol was 80 points out of 100 possible. The indicator includes the development of infrastructure for cashless payments, distance services and alternative payment methods.
