Russians can expect changes in a number of laws relating to real estate in 2024, he said NEWS.ru State Duma deputy Nikita Chaplin. The parliamentarian noted that amendments will be made to legal acts in the field of relations between owners and lessors in the field of emergency housing, the use of capital, tariffs for housing and communal services, holding meetings of owners and others.
Key changes in real estate laws: fines for disseminating information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate, bringing responsible persons to administrative liability. The amount of the penalty, taking into account the status of the violator, will range from 15–600 thousand rubles. Constant monitoring of the construction of socially significant facilities is also being introduced: a new system is being created that will help identify and eliminate possible risksadded Chaplin.
According to him, now borrowers will also be required to be notified if the payment amount is too large during the mortgage process: banks will report risks if the amount exceeds 50% of income. Chaplin explained that this measure would reduce the level of debt among the population and prevent bankruptcy.
Another important point is the simplification of the process of processing deductions: homeowners will not be able to provide documents to the Federal Tax Service confirming the completion of the payment if the tax office has already received information about expenses from the bank. This can always be viewed in your personal tax account. Regarding property tax: in 2023, the cadastral value of property was revalued, and in 2024 new figures will be used when calculating the taxsaid Chaplin.
Earlier it became known that in January in Russian regions with expensive housing, demand for mortgage with state support.
