Today, only 9% of employers do not hire specialists who have excessive qualifications. Each second company (53%) prefers to act according to the situation. And 15% of organizations often employ such candidates.
A survey of the economically active population showed that 22% of the inhabitants of Crimea faced a refusal to employment due to excessive qualifications. Men talk about this much more often than women (36% versus 12%), and respondents from 35 to 45 years old are more often than those who are younger and those who are older. The higher the income level, the more often the survey participants talked about such cases: among citizens with a salary of up to 50 thousand rubles in such situations, 17%visited such situations, and among the inhabitants of Crimea with a salary of 100 thousand rubles — already 25%.
