252 pregnant women receive a single benefit in Sevastopol
CrimeaPRESS reports:
A single benefit for low-income families is received not only by families with children, but also by expectant mothers. Since the beginning of the year, the Sevastopol Branch of the SFR has provided benefits to 252 expectant mothers who registered with medical organizations before the 12th week of pregnancy. 5.7 million rubles were allocated to pay benefits.
To qualify for a single benefit, the monthly income per person in a family should not exceed the regional subsistence minimum per capita. In Sevastopol it is 14,519 rubles. Also, when assigning benefits, a comprehensive assessment of the family’s income and property is used.
In Sevastopol, the monthly benefit for pregnant women registered early can be 7,913 rubles (50%), 11,869.50 rubles (75%) or 15,826 rubles (100% of the subsistence level of the working-age population).
You can apply for benefits only after the 12th week of pregnancy. In this case, the benefit is assigned and paid from the month of registration with a medical organization, but not earlier than 6 weeks of pregnancy and up to and including the month of childbirth.
Expectant mothers can apply for a single benefit through the State Services portal. Applications are also accepted at the MFC or at the customer service of the Sevastopol Branch of the Social Fund.
