26 Sevastopol families were united by the event “Mom, Dad, I am a tourist family!”
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The annual event “Mom, Dad, I am a tourist family!”, dedicated to Father’s Day, took place on the territory of the Center for Tourism, Local History, Sports and Excursions. 26 teams – more than 160 people – took part in the competition. Children, their parents, and grandparents came to try their hand at tourism, orienteering, and local history competitions.
The most difficult thing is for the family to get together and come to the event. Nowadays, everyone is used to spending time on their phones, at the computer or watching TV, everyone lives their own lives. Our event is a family event. The family got together, had fun, gained positive emotions, and the adults spent time with the children. Everything is one here»— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Deputy Director of the Tourism Center for educational work Inna Voronina.
All team members overcame tourist obstacles and showed knowledge of the history, geography, and culture of their native land.
