27% of the inhabitants of Crimea would like to lead the company in which they work

In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Employed representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.

27% of the inhabitants of Crimea would like to lead the company in which they work. At the same time, men are much more ambitious than women: 33% of representatives and only 21% of working residents of Crimea dream about the position of general director. The desire for a leadership position is more expressed among employees with a salary above average: among those who earn from 100 thousand rubles a month, 34%dream of such a round of careers, while among those whose income is less, only 22%.

Among representatives of common professional groups, most often they would like to become directors of the company in which logistics managers (34%), customer service specialists (32%) and sales (30%). The accountants (12%), psychologists (8%), as well as pharmacists and secretaries (7%each) strive for this senior position.
