- unemployed;
- employees who are at risk of dismissal or who have been dismissed due to
- with the liquidation of the enterprise;
- youth under 30 years of age;
- combat veterans who participated in a special military operation;
- family members of military personnel who died during the Second World War;
- refugees from Ukraine;
- citizens who have moved from another region to find employment in in-demand professions.
The subsidy amount is equal to three minimum wages, increased by the amount of insurance premiums and the number of employed. The funds are paid by the Sevastopol Branch of the SFR in three equal parts: one month after the applicants are employed, three months later, and six months later. In addition, it should be noted that for an employed citizen with a disability, the payment is six minimum wages.
In 2024, 5 employers applied to the regional branch of the Fund for state support, who employed 14 citizens. The total amount of subsidies paid to city enterprises amounted to more than 550 thousand rubles.— said Elena Gaivoronskaya, Manager of the Sevastopol Branch of the SFR.
It is important that the workers for whom the insurers want to receive a subsidy have official unemployed status at the time of concluding the employment contract and are not registered as individual entrepreneurs or self-employed. An exception is made for refugees, for whom such requirements are not imposed.
To receive state support, an employer must have state registration before 2024, as well as no outstanding wages or mandatory payments (taxes, fines) of more than 10 thousand rubles.
To receive a subsidy, employers in Sevastopol need to contact the employment center on the Work in Russia portal to select specialists for available vacancies, and then submit an application in the insurer’s personal account on the Social Fund website.
