Since the beginning of 2023, 28 specialists have been employed in healthcare institutions of the Republic of Crimea under the Zemsky Doctor/Paramedic program. 10 doctors received a one-time compensation payment in the amount of 1 million rubles, 17 paramedics and one nurse received a payment of 500 thousand rubles.

Medical workers who have entered into an agreement on participation in the program undertake to work in positions in accordance with the employment contract for five years at their main place of work on a full-time basis.
