29% of Crimea employers present money to employees on their birthday

In a service survey Superjob Employed citizens and representatives of companies from Crimea took part.
In 7 out of 10 companies (71%) there is a tradition to congratulate employees on their birthday. Every third employer presents a gift or bouquet, and 29% — cash. In every fifth company, it is customary to congratulate the birthday people on the corporate website. 6% of organizations provide their employees with the opportunity to leave work early or get a day off on this day. 7% give certificates and discounts on the company’s products.
The fact that it is customary to give gifts from the team in their organization was told by 66% of the inhabitants of Crimea. Prepare treats for colleagues — 79%. At the same time, the tradition of taking off to gifts does not like 16% respondents, and organize a buffet — 26%.
Women more often than men approve of both traditions: 57% like to give gifts (versus 46% among men), and 59% — treat colleagues (versus 48%).
