In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Representatives of companies from Crimea took part.
According to HR managers, over the past month, only 4% of companies delayed the salary of employees. This year, most of all such cases were in March (9%), but already in April the situation was leveled and the number of delaying payments returned to minimum values.
53% of employers said that they raised salaries for personnel less than six months ago, 29%-from six months to a year ago, 11%-two or two ago. Only 6% of enterprises indexed more than two years ago.
30% of organizations plan to increase or index salaries in the near future.
