CrimeaPRESS reports:
In a study by a service for finding high-paying jobs Superjob.ru Representatives of companies and economically active citizens from Crimea took part.
According to every ninth Crimean, the Labor Code of the Russian Federation today mainly protects the interests of the employee. 29% of city residents believe that labor legislation in the Russian Federation is largely on the side of the employer. 31% say that the interests of the employer and employee in the modern world are equally protected. Every third man believes that the Labor Code of the Russian Federation protects the rights of the employer. 37% of women are sure that the employer and employee have equal rights. Citizens aged 35-44 are sure that the rights of the employee and employer are equally protected more often than those who are younger and those who are older. Respondents over 45 more often than others believe that labor legislation is oriented towards the employer (39%), — the service’s press service reported.
The greatest number of those who are confident in the priority of the employee’s interests are among those surveyed with a salary of 100 thousand rubles per month. As a rule, the higher the salary, the higher the awareness of the nuances of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and the ability to defend their rights in labor disputes.
The main trend of recent years is equality. Only 8% of HR representatives said that the labor code is on the side of companies. Every third company has now declared equal respect for interests. Employee rights are a priority — representatives of 46% of enterprises and organizations are sure.
