3 out of 10 employed Crimeans participated in studies assessing job satisfaction

In a survey of a service for finding high-paying jobs Superjob Employed representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
Research assessing job satisfaction is one of the HR tools that allows you to track the attitude of staff to various components of work: working conditions, relations with management, the general climate in the team, etc. 3 out of 10 Crimeans encountered similar questionnaires at work.
Women are more responsive: 74% of them always participate in studies of loyalty and job satisfaction (versus 67% among men). Probably the fact is that almost every second man does not trust the measurement results (48%): “I don’t see any difference. Nothing changes in the company.» Among women there are more of those who trust (46%). Every fifth man and every third woman find it difficult to evaluate the results of research, or their companies do not advertise the results.
