3 out of 10 office employees in Crimea have conflicts with colleagues over air conditioning

Conflicts over air conditioners occur at work for 3 out of 10 citizens. Every second person finds a compromise. In a survey of a service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob Representatives of the economically active population working in offices took part.
Quarrels over air conditioners are not uncommon in work groups. This year, 32% of Crimeans reported similar incidents: “The heat doesn’t break your bones! But air conditioners cause more harm!” The majority of workers (54%) reported that there are no quarrels on this topic in their teams: “If it’s cold, I’ll put on a jacket, if it’s hot, I’ll install a humidifier.” 14% of respondents do not have climate control equipment in their work area,” noted the service’s press service.
Workers aged 35 to 44 years are the most likely to have conflicts over the temperature in the office: 35% of them reported disagreements related to the use of air conditioners, while among respondents under 34 years old — only 24%.
