In a service survey Superjob Employed representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
Most residents of Crimea consider their responsibilities adequate: 77% are sure that the working tasks correspond to their qualifications, 14% estimate them as too simple, only 5% — as too complex. Women are more often than men are confident in accordance with their levels (79% versus 75%, respectively). Men in 1.5 more often women complain about excessively simple working tasks (17 and 11%). Among young people under 35, every fifth (21%) believes that its abilities allow you to cope with more complex tasks. Each fourth specialist with income of more than 100 thousand rubles (25%) shall have a similar opinion.
54% of respondents see opportunities for professional growth at work. More often this was said by men (56% versus 52% of women). Workers under 35 years old see opportunities for professional development more often than those older (70%). Respondents whose income is above 100 thousand rubles are more often than those who make less (67%). 3 out of 10 residents of Crimea do not see prospects for professional growth at work (30%).
Professional development is a personal matter. 38% note the lack of support for the leadership in this matter. Only 36% of the inhabitants of Crimea feel the interest of the employer in their development as a specialist.
At the same time, 45% of the inhabitants of Crimea regularly encounter tasks requiring new skills and knowledge. In such situations, men are more often (57% versus 39% among women). Most of all those who regularly encounter new challenges in work are among the inhabitants of Crimea with an income of up to 50 thousand rubles. (58%). However, the majority belongs to the need to increase the professional level and considers the solution of non -standard issues part of their preparedness for work: “The tasks are usually slightly higher than my qualifications, so I always study”; “There are few simple tasks in my profession. There is a problem — I solve. ”
