39% of Crimea companies grow managers within the organization

In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Representatives of personnel services of companies from Crimea took part.
Representatives of personnel services 39% of companies reported that the personnel to leading positions within the organization are “growing”. The larger the company, the more opportunities for the use of this strategy: they prepare managers from among employees at almost every second enterprise with a number of 1000 people (44%) and only 3 out of 10 with a state to 100 employees (30%). The tactics of the formation of the internal reserve of top and midl-managers are more often used in the field of sales (53%) and services (51%).
In 30% of companies, a reserve is formed from external applicants who can be invited to work if a vacant position appears. This principle is more often used in small organizations (33% among companies with a number of 100 employees against 22% — from 1000). More often they form a reserve from among the applicants in enterprises whose activities are related to IT (49%), as well as in banks and financial companies (45%).
29% of organizations do not at all maintain a personnel reserve base, preferring to close vacancies as necessary in the open market. This approach often adhere to up to 100 employees in small companies, in the production and transport sector. According to the EICHARS, «in rapidly changing conditions it is more efficient to look for employees here and now.»
