39% of the inhabitants of Crimea tell the management about all the mistakes made in the work

In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
43% of the inhabitants of Crimea believe that managers should be aware of all the mistakes made in the work. Every second is sure that only significant miscalculations should be reported. In practice, 39% of employees tell the authorities about all misses, and 50% — only about serious ones.
Women about each inaccuracy are informed of management less often (36% versus 42% among men).
The older the respondents, the less often they adhere to politicians of the maximum honesty: that the boss needs to know about all misses, 55%are confident among young people under 35 years old, 52%report about such cases, and among citizens older than 45 years — there are only 31%of them.
The higher the income, the fewer residents of Crimea are concerned about the leadership: that it is necessary to report on each error, 57% of those surveyed with an income of up to 50 thousand rubles are sure (they also talk about this in practice) and only 37% among respondents who make money from 100 thousand.
