39% of working Crimeans are ready for internal part -time

In the conditions of personnel hunger, companies develop a system of internal part -time, in order to at least partially cover the staff deficiency. In a service survey Superjob Representatives of enterprises and organizations, as well as employed residents of Crimea, took part.
In every tenth company over the past year there are more employees who combine functionality in several positions. 16% of employers launched retraining programs so that employees can combine work in two positions, the same number of companies plan to introduce such a training system. Reserves for attracting internal part -time workers are: 39% of working (and not internal part -time) residents of Crimea would like to get an additional load in the form of a new functionality. 42% are not ready to combine several positions: “I would most likely not be able to qualitatively carry out my work in such conditions”; «Too many responsibilities.» Every fifth doubts: «It depends on what surcharge»-noted in the press service of the service.
Potential part -time people among men are slightly larger than among women (41 and 38%, respectively). Residents of Crimea aged 35 to 45 are ready to become internal part -time workers more often than those who are younger and those who are older (43%). Among the earnings up to 50 thousand rubles a month more people who want to become part -time than those whose salary is higher (42%). Those who have secondary vocational education are ready to become internal part -time workers more often than the townspeople who graduated from universities (44 and 41%, respectively).
Among the representatives of common professional groups, readiness for part -time is more often demonstrated by engineers, accountants, teachers, administrators and medical sisters.
