4 out of 10 companies in Crimea monitor competitors’ vacancies

In a survey of a service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob Representatives of enterprises and organizations from Crimea took part.
43% of employers today monitor competitors’ vacancies. “To monitor salaries”; “To understand the market situation,” company representatives comment. But the activity of employees of competing companies in the labor market today is monitored by only 23% of enterprises and organizations. SuperJob experts consider the decrease in interest to be natural in the conditions personnel shortage: employers are trying their best to retain valuable personnel; highly qualified specialists are entrenched in their jobs and are not entering the labor market. The same processes also influenced the willingness of employers to employ personnel who previously worked for competitors. Today, 60% of companies hire former employees of competitors without restrictions. 20% do this only in exceptional cases,” noted the service’s press service.
