CrimeaPRESS reports:
Every second recruiter has a negative attitude towards resumes with errors. In a service survey SuperJob Career start Representatives of companies from Crimea took part.
In Crimea, 18% of recruiters consider grammatical and punctuation errors in a resume to be a sufficient reason for refusing an applicant for any position. For 34% of HR managers, errors in resumes are unacceptable for certain positions, most often for top and middle managers, engineers, accountants, secretaries, account managers, editors, HR managers, PR specialists, lawyers and economists. 40% of HR managers will not refuse employment to an applicant due to grammatical or punctuation errors in a resume,” noted the service’s press service.
After reviewing job openings, SuperJob identified positions that most often required high levels of written and oral communication skills.
