4 out of 10 residents of Crimea working remotely would rather quit than go to the office
CrimeaPRESS reports:
There are fewer employees working remotely or working on a hybrid schedule. Those who work remotely are most often those for whom it is critically important — 4 out of 10 such workers would prefer to quit if their company refuses to work remotely. Residents of the Crimea, who work on a full or partial remote basis, took part in a survey of the SuperJob service for finding highly paid jobs.
If an employer decides that its employees should switch from telecommuting or hybrid work to office work, a significant proportion of them will leave the company (40%). 44% will obey the order. Another 16% found it difficult to make an unequivocal decision: “I will discuss the conditions for returning to the office.” Most of all, those who are ready to part with the employer, but not with remote work, are among those who work in the home office mode all week (61%). Employees on a hybrid schedule are more loyal to the company: every second of them will return to work on the territory of the employer without any problems (49%)— noted in the press service of the service.
Among women, there are more of those who unequivocally refuse to work in the office and prefer to quit (50% versus 35% among men): “I have two small children. The only way to work is telecommuting.
