40% of Crimeans communicate with colleagues outside the office

40% of the inhabitants of Crimea communicate with colleagues not only within the framework of the work process, 3 out of 10 have stopped maintaining informal meetings, and every fourth is sure that it is not worth mixing professional relations with personal ones. In a service survey of work Superjob Employed representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
40% of the inhabitants of Crimea regularly meet with colleagues outside the workplace. Another 1% of respondents only recently began to communicate with colleagues outside the office. According to comments, the most popular places for such meetings are cafes, restaurants and parks. 32% of respondents said that they had previously met with colleagues in their free time, but now they stopped doing it. Every fourth (27%) did not communicate and does not communicate with colleagues after work: “Work is work. Do not mix personal and professional. ”
Men more often women talk about what earlier and now communicate with colleagues (50% versus 30%, respectively). Women often say that friendly meetings remained in the past (37% versus 27% among men).
Residents of Crimea over 45 years old more often spend time with colleagues in an informal setting than those younger. The most friendly colleagues were citizens with an income of up to 50 thousand rubles: among them every second (49%) is ready to communicate with colleagues outside the office. The fact that they used to find time to meet with colleagues, and now they have stopped communication, respondents with income from 50 to 100 thousand rubles (44%) more often say.
Communication outside of work can strengthen the command spirit, but it is important to remember the personal boundaries. Do not impose your society for those who prefer to share work and personal life.
