41% of economically active Crimeans are confident in their knowledge of the Labor Code

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Crimeans over 45 with an above-average income know the Labor Code best of all. Representatives of the economically active population took part in the survey of the SuperJob search service for highly paid jobs.

41% of Crimeans are familiar with the main provisions of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and, if necessary, will be able to apply this knowledge to defend their interests. 35% of respondents are aware of their labor rights, but will not be able to defend their innocence without a lawyer: in their opinion, there are a lot of complex and ambiguous points in the Labor Code. Another 24% admit that they are not at all familiar with the main provisions of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation— noted in the press service of the service.

The respondents over 45 (53%) are most often ready to operate with the norms of the Labor Code in order to protect their interests. The higher the income of respondents, the more among them are those who are able to participate on an equal footing in a labor dispute: if among urban residents who earn less than 50 thousand rubles, 42% consider themselves legally savvy, then among those surveyed with an income of more than 80 thousand rubles. — already 56%. There are more women who are confident in the knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation than men (45 and 37%, respectively).
