In 4 out of 10 companies, summer corporate parties are planned. In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Representatives of enterprises and organizations from Crimea took part.
This summer, corporate events planned 42% of Crimea companies. The most popular formats are picnics, sports and buffes. According to the information from the EICHARs, the reasons for conducting summer corporate parties are most often birthdays of companies and professional holidays.
The number of companies that do not plan summer corporate parties is 44%. 14% of employers have not yet made a final decision.
44% of the companies from those that conducted corporate parties last year and plan to increase the budget of events. 31% want to meet the last year. 10% will cut expenses.
