42% of Crimeans against compulsory subbotniks

In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
Director of the Institute of Research of Modern Policy Problems Anton Orlov proposed the Ministry of Labor prohibit Employers conduct subbotniks with the obligatory participation of employees in them.
According to the survey, 42% of the inhabitants of Crimea support the ban on forced subbotniks, while every fourth (26%) believes that it is not worth prohibiting.
Men are more often women — for the ban (53% versus 32%, respectively). Employees with an income of up to 50 thousand rubles (52%) are opposed in subbotniks (52%). Supporters of the ban are called the subbotniks “relics of the past” and insist on wages or the provision of ruins, offering to hire janitors instead of coercion to participate in cleaning qualified specialists and workers. Those who do not support the ban, consider collective events useful: «I generally do not mind, but only when they are held during working hours, and not on weekends.»
Among those whose employers organize subbotniks, every second (52%) against such practice, and every third (32%) for.
