44% of Crimeans would like to do industrial gymnastics at work
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In a service survey SuperJob employed, economically active citizens took part.
7% of Crimeans said that they conduct industrial gymnastics at work, and, according to 2% of respondents, all employees are “voluntarily and forcibly” forced to participate in it. 44% of respondents do not perform industrial gymnastics at work, but they would like to have it. Among those who dream of physical education are more engineers, accountants and teachers. Every second working respondent stated that gymnastics is not carried out and is not needed.
The idea of forcing adults to exercise at work seems controversial to many. Who voluntarily, at their own request, arranges physical education minutes during working hours, we asked city residents whose work is not related to physical activity. It turned out that 15% of respondents regularly take sports breaks during the working day, and another one in three take breaks from time to time, not every working day.
It is interesting that the idea of industrial gymnastics is more supported by women, and those who arrange physical exercises for themselves during the working day are more common among men.
Respondents under 34 years of age do not particularly need industrial gymnastics (compared to those who are older), and they are less likely to be distracted from work by sports.
Most city dwellers with salaries of up to 50 thousand rubles a month only dream of industrial gymnastics. Those who earn more than 100 thousand rubles more often independently organize the required level of sports activity during the working day.
