The branch of the SFR in Sevastopol pays an allowance for a long work experience in agriculture to 470 pensioners. The amount of the additional payment is 25% of the fixed payment amount established for the insurance pension (in 2023, the amount of the increase is 1,891 rubles).
The specified additional payment is due to Sevastopol residents — recipients of an old-age or disability insurance pension, provided that they live in a rural area, they have at least 30 years of experience in agriculture and, at the same time, they do not work. For the purpose of payment, work in agricultural organizations on the territory of Russia in the areas of animal husbandry, fish farming, and crop production is taken into account. The right to an already assigned pension supplement is retained after moving to the city. In most cases, the SFR Branch for the city of Sevastopol assigns an additional payment for rural experience at the same time as the pension. But if a citizen has documents confirming the fact of such work, he can apply for an additional payment to the client service of the regional Social Fund or to the nearest branch of the MFC.
Note that the work that was performed on the territory of the Russian Federation (RSFSR) or on the territory of the union republics of the former USSR before January 1, 1992 on collective farms, at machine and tractor stations, inter-collective farm enterprises, state farms, peasant farms, agricultural artels, is included in » rural» experience, regardless of the name of the profession, specialty or position.
It is important to remember that upon employment, the additional payment for rural experience is terminated. In order to resume the payment after dismissal from work, the pensioner needs to contact the SFR Department in any convenient way: personally visit the customer service or submit an application remotely through the public services portal.
