48% of the inhabitants of Crimea support the initiative completely, 16% — only the possibility of voluntary self -embodiment, 6% is an exclusively ban for non -payers. The lower the income, the higher the level of approval of such a mechanism (the idea of ​​58% of respondents with an income of up to 50 thousand rubles against 48% with an income of 100 thousand) fully support the idea). At the same time, among those who earn more, the maximum number of advice to distribute the “Stopazart” mechanism only to debtors on loans, fines, etc. (10%).

12% do not support the initiative, every fifth found it difficult to evaluate it: “Instead, it was necessary to introduce a mandatory consultation with a psychiatrist”; «Ludomania is a disease that is treated with a psychologist.»

Respondents prone to excitement are more often than non -amateurous against the creation of such a registry, or support self -prophet only on a voluntary basis (23%each). They argue their position with the principles of personal freedom: “Everyone is a master”; «The right to choose should remain with a person.»
