49% of Crimeans at least once received an offer to return to the company they left
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In a service survey SuperJob Representatives of enterprises and organizations and economically active citizens from Crimea took part.
27% of companies invited employees who had left to return over the past 12 months. Judging by the comments, company representatives believe that they have already exhausted the reserves of potential returnees, and the opportunities for employers to continue to compete for personnel in the labor market are not unlimited. 49% of Crimeans at least once received an offer to return to the company from which they left. The most popular age for those whom employers would like to bring back is from 35 to 44 years. About 1 out of 3 people who received such an offer agree to return to their old place, — noted in the press service of the service.
Among representatives of common professional groups, those most often receiving offers to return to the company from which they left were customer service specialists (64% of them spoke about such situations), nurses and drivers (63% each). Moreover, drivers more often than representatives of other professions agree to return, while client managers and nurses refuse.
The main reason to return or reject an employer’s offer, of course, is money. But the townspeople are guided not only by financial considerations. Often the decision to return is facilitated by good relationships in the team, a new position and improved working conditions.
Only one in four could return to the last job they left if they received an appropriate offer. Every second person would refuse. Among the non-standard factors motivating people to return, there was this: a personal appeal from management with a request to return to them.
