On June 3, on the basis of the Romanov College of Hospital Industry for 50 students, vocational training in the 2nd category was completed.
During the training, students studied various aspects of the maid profession, including cleaning rules, textile care, sanitary standards and service standards, as well as the basics of general safety and client service. Practical classes were held in conditions close to real ones, which allowed students to get the necessary skills and increase the level of professional training.
At the solemn ceremony, all students who have passed the educational program were awarded state diplomas. This event was an important step towards a professional career for each graduate.
Professional training is supported by the Government of the Russian Federation by providing grants for training on basic vocational training programs on a free basis for participants in student detachments in the professions of workers, employees necessary for labor activity as part of such detachments. Since 2021, Russian student detachments have been the operator to ensure the implementation of vocational training measures.
So, representatives of travel companies note that student detachments play an important role in ensuring a comfortable rest of visitors. Their work helps to maintain a high level of service and creates a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation.
The work of the maid is not just cleaning, it is the creation of comfort and comfort for guests. The general impression of tourists about the hotel and the region as a whole depends on our care.
