52% of Crimeans at least once refused employment

Most often, applicants reject the Job Offer due to low salary, inconsistencies of promises of reality, as well as the availability of more profitable offers. In a service survey Superjob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
Every second resident of Crimea (52%) at least once in his life refused employment, even if the interview was successfully passed. Most often, respondents from 35 to 44 years old (59%), as well as those surveyed with income from 50 to 100 thousand rubles (63%), reject.
What are the main reasons for the deviation of jobs? 23% of the inhabitants of Crimea, who have ever refused employment, called the main reason the low level of wages. 16% of respondents said that the employer’s promises were not true. 15% reported that they received more attractive offers from other companies. 14% of the survey participants indicated uncomfortable working conditions and work schedule, and 11% noted the difficulties in communicating with the leadership.
