In most cases, the case is in an increasing amount of work, but there are other aspects: “It is immediately clear that the state of affairs in the company worsens”; «The redistribution of the spheres of influence begins and the balance of forces in the team is violated.» 3 out of 10 believe that a competent parting will not lead to the departure of a strong part of the team: “Valuable highly effective employees, as a rule, are happy to dismiss ineffective employees, since due to their work they are already tired of exporting everyone”; “Honestly and openly a reduction in ineffective employees leads to the rallying of highly effective ones that receive confirmation of their elite status.”

Women are more often worried about the negative consequences of mass dismissals for the atmosphere in the team, while men more often predict a decrease in labor productivity and quality of work, as well as the mass executive of the team.

Residents of Crimea with a salary of 50 to 100 thousand rubles warn of the negative results of optimizing numbers more often than those who earn less, and those who make more.
