55% of Crimean employees work overtime

In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Employed representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
55% of employees working at the full rate admitted that they were forced to work overtime. On average, processing increase their working time by a quarter of the norm.
Men are more often women remain at work after the end of the working day (57 and 53%, respectively). Young people up to 35 years more willingly agree to processes, but it works less, their additional hours per month make up an average of 23% of the norm, while those who are older, this indicator reaches 29-30%. With an increase in the salary, the share of employees working outside the norms of working time is growing: among those whose income is up to 50 thousand rubles, there are 51%of them, and among those receiving from 100 thousand — already 59%.
Among the representatives of common professional groups, couriers, logists, marketers, pharmacists and economists are more likely to operate, less often-overseas and lawyers. But the leaders in the number of processing hours are doctors and teachers.
