55% of working Crimeans trust the professionalism of their immediate supervisor. Skepticism about a boss’s competence grows with age. In a service survey Superjob Employed representatives of the economically active population of Crimea with management took part.
55% of Crimeans trust the professionalism of their immediate supervisor. Women are more likely to experience trust than men (59% vs. 51%, respectively). Relying on the professional qualities of their superiors is more common among young people under 34 years of age (64%). 24% do not trust their manager in the professional sphere. The older the employees, the more skepticism they have about their boss’s competence: the majority are those who cannot fully rely on the professionalism of their immediate supervisoramong respondents over 45 years of age (30%), notes the service’s press service.
And finally, 21% of respondents found it difficult to answer: “I don’t see any development with my manager. There is no motivation, delegation of responsibilities and continuous unpaid overtime.”
