57% of the inhabitants of Crimea support the initiative to provide an assassin to “burnt out” at work

In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
Director of the Institute for Research of Modern Policy Problems Anton Orlov suggested introduce additional paid leave Up to 7 calendar days for citizens with emotional burnout (the condition is planned to be confirmed by tests in medical institutions).
According to the survey, 57% of the inhabitants of Crimea support the initiative: «I — for, although I understand that this is a convenient loophole for loans.» 28% — against: “And who will work for the burnt out?!”; “How objective are these tests?”; «There is no such diagnosis!» 15% found it difficult to assess the initiative: «No employer is interested in providing such leave.»
The idea is practically equally supported by men (58%) and women (57%). The greatest approval is among young people under 35 (76%), while among respondents from 35 to 45 years — 47%, and among people from 45 years old — 42%. Some young people would like to relax longer: «7 calendar days with this condition are not enough, you need 14!»
Residents of Crimea with an income of 100 thousand rubles in support of the initiative are more often expressed by those who earn less (67%).
Among those who have encountered burnout at work, 65%for recovery leave, among those who have not experienced such a condition — 29%.
Emotional burnout is manifested by fatigue, irritability and loss of motivation. Respondents associate it with monotonous and not bringing satisfaction with work: «irritation causes uniform tasks, and if you are engaged in interesting work, there is no time to burn out.»
