The deputies of «Fair Russia — for the truth» proposed Introduce an additional paid leave for large parents lasting 14 days. It is assumed that it can be attached to the main or used separately, but cannot be transferred to the next year. The initiative is aimed at creating conditions for the harmonious combination of labor activities of parents with raising children. 58% of the inhabitants of Crimea support the bill: «The more time it will be devoted to the younger generation, the better it will be for everyone.» 17% spoke out against: “In this case, large parents will be less willing to hire”; “These are additional expenses for employers, the need to hire additional employees.” 25% found it difficult to answer: “Then it is better to make such a vacation for all parents. Other children do not need the attention of mothers and dads?! «
Among the men of supporters are more initiative: 62% versus 54% of women. Young people under 35 more often approve of the idea than those older. The higher the income, the more actively the inhabitants of the Crimea advocate the bill: among citizens with an income of up to 50 thousand rubles, there are 45%, then among those who earn from 100 thousand are already 57%.
And how do the parents of minors relate to the initiative of deputies? The level of support of the innovation varies depending on the number of children in the family. So, among parents with one or two children who do not plan to become many children, 54%approve of the initiative, while in large families and among those who are plans to have 3 or more children, this indicator reaches 79%.
