58% of Crimeans support the law on social bank deposits

In the service survey SuperJob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
Vladimir Putin signed a law according to which special banking products will be created for low-income citizens — a social bank account and a social bank deposit. According to the results of a survey conducted by SuperJob, 58% of Crimeans support the initiative. 10% of respondents are against it, and every third person found it difficult to assess (32%): in their opinion, if a person receives social support, then he cannot have free money for a bank deposit— the service’s press service reported.
Women are more likely to express approval of this initiative (64% versus 53% among men). City residents aged 35 to 44 support the president’s decision more actively than those who are younger and those who are older (65%).
