58% of the inhabitants of Crimea support the bill on monthly payments for housewives

In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
A bill has been introduced into the State Duma On the monthly payment of a regional subsistence minimum for housewives and householders. The cash allowance is intended for non-working able-bodied Russians who are engaged in housekeeping, including looking for children over 1.5 years old, disabled children, disabled people from childhood of group I, and also take care of elderly parents. A prerequisite is a permanent residence with the family. For new citizens of the Russian Federation, the right to payment will appear only after 5 years of residence in Russia. At the same time, the average per capita income of the family should not exceed 2 living wages of the region.
According to the survey, 58% of the inhabitants of Crimea support the initiative: “Carrying through children requires a lot of effort and time”; “The work of the housewife is there is no way of the same work as any other employee”; “I have parents of the 1st disability group. I have to work and care — this is very difficult. ” 15% opposed: “The manuals should be adequate: for example, for those who do not work and care for a disabled person, a full salary of a nurse”; “A pension is paid for children with disabilities, disabled people from childhood of group I”; “He who recently received a passport may apply for payments no earlier than after 15 years of residence in Russia.” 27% found it difficult to answer: “There are many underwater stones in such laws that are difficult to take into account when developing. And then there are many people who turn a good initiative into a fraudulent scheme. ”
Interestingly, both men and women equally support the bill. The older the participants in the survey, the more initiative supporters are among them: among young people under 35, there are 50%of them, and among citizens over 45 — already 65%. With an increase in income level, loyalty to the initiative is growing: among respondents with an income of up to 50 thousand rubles a month, 46%approve of the innovation, among those whose salary is from 100 thousand rubles, there are 63%.
